Own quality at Dynoz across the agent conversation flows, and backend integrations that power the platform. You will be the quality gate between what gets built and what goes live in front of customers.
Responsibilities
- Test end-to-end conversation flow scenarios across the Dynoz voice and chat agent.
- Validate backend integrations, ensuring data flows correctly between Dynoz and third-party systems.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps so issues are resolved quickly.
- Run regression testing across core flows whenever new features or integrations are shipped.
- Test edge cases, unexpected inputs, vendor failures, multilingual scenarios, and off-script guest interactions.
- Support UAT before new client deployments, running real end-to-end scenarios from the guest's perspective.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of QA experience covering manual testing, API testing, and integration testing.
- Comfortable using tools like Postman for API and integration validation.
- Strong eye for edge cases; you actively look for ways to break things, not just confirm they work.
- Clear, structured bug reporting that developers can act on immediately.
- Understanding of performance testing concepts, load, latency, and concurrency, and willingness to grow into this as the platform scales.
- Startup mindset, eager to build from scratch, move fast, and grow with the company through its early stage.
